Lounge Extension, St Mewan

Remove section of garden wall and shrubs.

Set out and build an extension to a flat roofed maisonette. 

The new roof has valleys and hips, at one end with a section of roof cut out to allow light into a first floor bedroom window. 

Provisions were made to allow the Mega Flow cylinder to be moved into the new roof space, this makes room for a washing machine to be fitted into the kitchen.
